We take your privacy seriously, here are some of the steps we take. If you have any questions, contact us

SECTION 1 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer's internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

Marketing and Advertising: We use your personal information for marketing and promotional purposes, such as to send marketing, advertising and promotional communications by email, text message or postal mail, and to show you online advertisements for products or services on our website or other websites, including based on items you previously have purchased or added to your cart and other activity on our website.

SECTION 2 – CONSENT

How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

How do I withdraw my consent?

If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at any time, by contacting us.

SECTION 3 – DISCLOSURE

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 4 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.

In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in, or have facilities that are located in, a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.

Once you leave our store's website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website's Terms and Conditions.

When you click on links on our store, they may direct you away from our site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.

SECTION 4A – ADVERTISING & TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

Overview

We use tracking pixels, tags and similar technologies on our website to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns, understand how visitors interact with our store, and serve relevant advertising to you on third-party platforms. These tools are provided by third-party advertising partners and may collect personal information about your browsing behaviour on our site.

Tracking pixels are small pieces of code embedded in our website that are invisible to you as a visitor. They work by loading a tiny file when you visit a page, which signals to an advertising partner that someone has visited that page or taken a particular action. In accordance with guidance from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC), we are committed to being transparent about these tools and the data they collect.

What data these tools may collect

Depending on the advertising partner and how you interact with our website, tracking tools may collect:

Your IP address and approximate location

Pages you visit and content you view on our site

Products you view, add to cart or purchase

Your device type, browser and operating system

Hashed versions of your email address or phone number, where you are a customer (see below for an explanation of hashing)

       Click and session data

What is hashing and why does it matter?

When we refer to sharing a 'hashed' email address or phone number, this means we convert your personal information into a fixed-length code using a one-way mathematical process before it leaves our store. For example, your email address 'you@example.com' might become a string of characters like '7c4a8d09ca3762af61e59520943dc26494f8941b'. This process is called hashing.

Hashing means your actual email address or phone number is never transmitted in a readable form. The advertising partner receives only the coded version. They then run the same process on the data they already hold about their own users and look for matches — allowing them to identify that you are likely also one of their users, without us ever directly revealing your email address to them.

While hashing provides a meaningful layer of protection, it is important to understand that it is not the same as full anonymisation. Advertising partners with large user databases may be able to match a hashed value back to a real person. This is why we disclose this practice clearly and provide you with opt-out options below.

Our advertising partners

We work with third-party advertising partners to serve and measure our advertising campaigns. These partners may include major digital advertising and social media platforms. Data about your activity on our website may be transmitted to our advertising partners' servers, which are located overseas, primarily in the United States, and in some cases in countries including Singapore, Ireland and the Netherlands.

Our advertising partners may use the data we share to:

Confirm whether a visit or purchase on our store resulted from one of our advertisements (attribution)

Help us reach you, or people with similar interests to you, with relevant advertising on their platforms (retargeting and lookalike audiences)

Improve the delivery and performance of our advertising campaigns

These partners may also combine data we share with data from other advertisers to improve their own advertising systems. No other advertiser can target you based solely on data we share with our partners.

Overseas data transfers

Where our advertising partners operate servers outside of Australia, your personal information may be transferred to and processed in those countries. Some of these countries may have different data protection laws to Australia. We take reasonable steps to ensure that our advertising partners handle your personal information in a manner consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), including by reviewing each partner's data processing terms before engaging them.

Your opt-out rights

Under Australian Privacy Principle 7, you have the right to opt out of your personal information being used for direct marketing and targeted advertising. You can do this in several ways:

Use the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out tool at youronlinechoices.com.au

Contact us directly and we will take reasonable steps to assist you

Cookies

The tracking tools described above use first- and third-party cookies to connect your activity on our website to your activity on third-party platforms. These cookies may be active for up to 13 months. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings at any time, however disabling cookies may affect your experience on our site.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

SECTION 6 – AGE OF CONSENT

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

SECTION 7 – AUSTRALIAN PRIVACY ACT COMPLIANCE

We are committed to complying with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), and the Privacy and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2024. In particular:

We will only collect personal information that is reasonably necessary for our functions and activities.

We will take reasonable steps to ensure that personal information we hold is accurate, up-to-date and complete.

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, and to request corrections if it is inaccurate, out-of-date, incomplete or misleading.

Where we share your personal information with overseas recipients (including our advertising partners described in Section 4A), we take reasonable steps to ensure those recipients handle your information in a manner consistent with the APPs.

We will not use or disclose your personal information for the purpose of direct marketing if you have opted out of receiving such communications from us.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
