With the recent weather changes, we wanted to reach out and update you on the current delivery situation for orders in New Zealand. Unfortunately, the inclement weather conditions created by Cyclone Gabrielle have caused unexpected delays in our delivery network.
Auckland and North Island
Deliveries across the North Island continue, but with delays across the board.
Hawkes Bay, Gisborne and Wairoa Freight
All delivery services are currently suspended in this region. If you have an order on the way from us, please let us know and we'll work through options with you.
South Island
Services within the South Island will continue to operate as normal, however please expect delays for freight coming from the North Island due to the restricted timetable for all ferry sailings across the Cook Straight.
